Group Run Training

Take the guesswork out of your training and enjoy the support of fellow runners as you work toward your goals.

Life Time Run offers three coach-led Group Training programs designed to motivate you and make training fun. Combining the science of progressive training with the art of inspirational coaching, each program is specific to featured races selected by the coach.

Choose from the following Group Training programs. Each group meets twice weekly.

16-week Long-Distance Training:

  • Ideal for marathons, half-marathons and 10-mile runs
  • Entails nearly four months of preparation, featuring four different training blocks
  • Includes:
    • Monthly in-club educational seminars
    • Life Time Run swag
    • Printable group-training plan
    • Weekly emails from coach
    • Access to social long runs
  • Cost: $100 (members) / $150 (non-members)*

12-week Express Long-Distance Training:

  • Ideal for half-marathons, 10-mile runs and similar-distance runs
  • Incorporates three different training blocks
  • Includes:
    • Monthly in-club educational seminars
    • Life Time Run swag

    • Access to social long runs
  • Cost: $85 (members) / $135 (non-members)*

* Non-members have access to outdoor workouts and in-club seminars. These programs do not include non-member club access for workouts during inclement weather.
