Add Variety

Switching up your strength and cardio each week is important to your progress. It keeps your body from adapting, so you don’t plateau. Try a new class each week to keep things fresh and fun.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in, and bring a water bottle to hydrate. If it’s your first class, arrive early to meet the instructor and ask what equipment you may need.

Have Fun

Move, sweat and smile with us. You’ll get swept up in the group energy and actually enjoy working out. Invite a friend and try a new class together. Fitness with friends is just more fun.
