What to Expect
You’ll do strength-building poses, including chaturangas, warriors, arm balances and inversions in this flowing, breath-centric class set to energizing music. Choose from our Guided format, in which your instructor will lead you through each sequence, or Free Flow, in which you tap into the rhythm of your breath and flow at your personal pace. Some studios are heated.
