Reactivating Your Club Access
If you requested to put your membership on hold within the last year, you chose a reactivation date. On your reactivation date, your club access will automatically turn on. You will then have full access to all the programs and amenities included in your membership. If you’re ready to return as a full-access member before your preset reactivation date, simply contact us or stop by the club.

How do I put my membership on hold?
Visit the Account Services desk at your local club to place your membership on hold. Per your membership agreement, we require 30 days' advance notice to put your membership on hold.
Do I have to pay to put my membership on hold?
Yes. You will incur a $10 service fee, plus you'll pay a reduced rate for your monthly dues, which varies by location. Contact your club or stop by Account Services for specific pricing information.
How long can my membership be on hold?
Initially, your membership can be on hold for nine months. To extend your hold statues for up to three additional months, contact Account Services prior to your reactivation date.
What happens on the reactivation date I chose?
On the first day of the month in which your club access will reactive, your dues will be charged for the prorated access dues rate. Email notifications will be sent to email address on your account prior to reactivation. On your club access reactivation date, your membership will convert to the access membership type you had before placing your membership on hold.
Where can I find my reactivation date?
You can find your reactivation date in the mail confirming your request to put your membership on hold. You may also contact Member Services in your club anytime.
Can I extend my on-hold status past my original reactivation date?
Yes, you can choose to extend your reactivation date up to three months past your original reactivation date. If you wish to extend your on-hold status. please contact or visit Member Services in your club.
Can I reactivate my membership before my reactivation date?
Yes. You can reactivate your club access anytime by contacting Member Services in your club.
Can I visit the club while I'm on hold?
Keep an eye out for email invitations to special club events and open houses. To receive these invitations, make sure you are subscribed to our promotional emails.
How do I subscribe to emails or update my communication preferences?
Log into your myLT account and update your communication preferences here. If necessary, you may also update your email address.
Can I still access the app while on hold?
Yes. To access the Life Time Member App, simply log in using your myLT username and password. You'll have access to all the features of the app that are available to full-access members.
