What to Expect
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes. A long sleeve shirt is recommended for BE and SURRENDER.
I’ve never tried yoga. What class should I start with?
We recommend starting with ROOT. In this class, you’ll learn how to do basic yoga poses and what they’re called. If you’re just getting started and want to improve flexibility specifically, we recommend SURRENDER.
What equipment will I use in these classes?
You’ll always use a yoga mat. In some classes, the teacher might recommend using a block for support, or a blanket for extra cushioning. All equipment provided by the club.
What should I bring?
All you need is a water bottle. Our studios provide mats, blankets, blocks, and anything else you would need.
Are the classes heated?
Our FLOW classes all have some heat, classes with higher temperatures will be noted as (Heated) on the schedule. SURRENDER and BE classes will all be a comfortable room temperature.

4 Log in with your myLT account. If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, you’ll have the opportunity to reset these.
5 You’re all set!
We understand things come up and you might not be able to make it to class. Please cancel your reservation prior to class so we can allow room for additional members.
